Michele Carey, born Michele Lee Henson, was the son of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr who was a physician in America, and Thelma B. Burnell Henson. Michele Carey, or Michele Lee Henson, was first born February 26, 1942, in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America. In her teens she became an expert pianist and took home a national competition at the Chicago Music Festival when she was only thirteen years old. Her home was in Fort Collins, Colorado with her family. She completed her secondary education through Fort Collins High School where she completed her studies in the year 1960.
